At Little Clover, we strive to ensure every order arrives as expected. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including where:

  • An incorrect size, colour, or product was selected.
  • The item is no longer wanted.
  • A different product is preferred after purchase.

At our discretion, we may offer an exchange provided that:

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
  • All tags remain attached.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Any exchange will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with clear photos of the issue.

Once we have reviewed the information provided, we will assess the matter and, where applicable, offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

If a return is approved due to a fault, defect, damage, or an error on our part, Little Clover will cover any reasonable return shipping costs.

Sale Items

Sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed.
  • Be free from stains, odours, pet hair, and damage.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in their original condition.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
