Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Little Clover, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 5-8 business days after your order is processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Peak shopping periods

  • Courier delays

  • Remote or regional delivery locations

If there are any significant delays affecting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery progress.

Please note that some orders may be fulfilled via multiple carriers — an international carrier handles the air freight leg, and a local Australian carrier manages the final delivery. Where applicable, both tracking numbers will be provided. The local tracking number will become active once your parcel arrives in Australia and is handed over to the local carrier.

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted shipping partners, Little Clover is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Little Clover is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
